Bizonics was founded with the idea that we were going to be a different kind of company. We started by asking, ''What frustrates us most when we have to deal with service companies ourselves?'' The answer – not getting in touch with the right person quickly, the person that can solve the problem. We have focused our efforts to never allow this frustration to occur for our customers.
